Unfold Teacher Training
2023/24 Registration now open
This programme spans three years, with four one-week modules each year to be attended in Berlin in person. Unfold teachers are trained to facilitate two kinds of session: individual ones, with a strong somatic focus, and group movement classes.
The learning process helps develop a new and expanded self-awareness that will continue to evolve throughout life as the experience is passed on to others. From the fundamental principles, as experience grows, single aspects of the technique can be applied in ever-new, individually adapted ways. Modules include hands-on work in individual sessions and theoretical, movement and improvisation work in group classes. Self-practice and reading will be required in the time between the modules.
As the Unfold Method is constantly evolving, programme participants will have opportunities to take part in the Unfold research during and after the training.
