The programme is intended for those who are familiar with the Unfold method and wish to expand their experience or who are considering Teacher Training later on. The Unfold Intensive Programme offers a platform for deep exploration and combines movement practice with theoretical studies and individual sessions. By giving up old patterns, participants find more choice for action and thinking in their professional and daily lives.
